Chairman and CEODr.G.Krishna Kumar is the founder of AMH and serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. In that capacity, he has been involved in all of its various transactions � most notably including those in the crude oil, jet fuel and sugar realms.
Dr.Kumar is a practicing physician, who also has been engaged in a wide range of business and entrepreneurial pursuits, as well as philanthropic and community involvement activities. On the basis of this record, he has been inducted into Heritage Hall of Fame by the International Institute of Michigan. He was also inducted to Hall of Fame by the Eastern Michigan University School of Economics and Entrepreneurship.
Dr.Krishna Kumar is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in Canada and a Fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology and the American College of Physicians. He is also an Adjunct associate Professor of Medicine at Wayne State College in Detroit, and has been affiliated with Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan as a senior attending Physician.

He has a credible record of service as a director on the board of many public and private companies Lakshman specializes in Corporate Finance and Asset Management. In his professional career, he has lead managed many corporate mergers and acquisitions, initial public offers and had been involved with the launch of many green field projects. He has managed the treasury and investment portfolio of large financial institutions in the Middle- East.
Since April 2017, Lakshman is an Independent Advisor to the Board of American Mineral Holdings Corporation on matters related with business strategy and management of the Company's South East and Far East Asian operations.
Lakshman is the Director and Chief Investment Officer of Falcon Investment Advisors Pte. Ltd., Singapore. Falcon is an independent asset management company registered with Monetary Authority of Singapore and offers wealth management services to high net worth individuals and institutions. Lakshman joined Falcon in 2013 and manages the investment portfolio of its clients. He brings with him excellent relationship of large global private banks that he has nurtured over an extended period of time.

Vikram Ganesan is President of North Park, a commercial real estate holdings firm based in Michigan, USA. He's Chief Executive Officer and major Stakeholder/ Board of Director at Fertibon Products, a specialty chemicals corporation with manufacturing facilities in Mumbai, Bahrain and the KSA, and a global customer base.
With the rich experience of two decades in the corporate world in USA, and in his most recent position served a corporate Director of Operations at thyssenkrupp Materials, with oversight of eighty-two manufacturing facilities in North America. Prior to that, he served as Senior Manager, Engineering and Senior Director, New Product Development at Siemens Healthineers. Earlier he was holding Senior Engineering Specialist roles with General Dynamics Corporation and BAE Systems.
